Payments, Memberships Accounts, and Refunds
1. Payments
Payments are secured and safe through 3rd party payment gateways as indicated on the checkout page. We don’t store Credit Card details and/or any sensitive personal data on our server.
For recurring payments the 3rd party payment gateway will charge your provided card in the recurrency you agreed during the checkout. If you have any questions or you have difficulties to cancel your subscription, please use the contact form here.
2. Membership Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Refunds
Our online workshops, courses, and webinars are available for purchase on this website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days. When requesting a refund you must provide the email that you used to purchase the course, and you may be required to provide proof of purchase depending on your payment method.
